How cam I face this?

My wife of 16 is going to leave me.
She says she still deciding but I fear the worst.
How can I face it?
People know I love her and they will be shocked.
I can't face not being with my wonderful children.
I just can't see away forward without my family.
Feeling so alone.

I don't have any experience with this but didn't want to read and run.
Maybe just give her some time, don't apply any pressure.
Whatever happens you will be absolutely fine. My partner came from much the same kind of relationship and we are happy as happy can be. X
