Will ex have received copy of Absolute and financial court order as well as me? I am the petitioner.

I was taken to court by XH to get a financial order as I wouldn't agree to his pathetic offer, so walked out of court with a handwritten copy of it. I got the official order and a copy of the absolute less than two weeks later.

your solicitor will get a copy to, hope you are coping ok, so stressful isnt it

Yes, hugely stressful.

My xh has been ignoring my solicitors letters, will now have to go to court, DV, I thought escaping his violence was hard enough but this financial stuff and the house is the worst stress ever.

We are all together, no ow though. I am buying him out and he won't go until he's made to.

We escaped dv , the house was ordered for sale over two and half years ago , he has had ow and more, goodness knows how many ..... It is going to court again

It is ok, we are safe now at least. So you will have your home back, that is good news at least. Hope you will be free of the abuse, its been a long haul for us, but we are breaking free day by day . Take care and keep me posted
