Hi I am filling out the divorce form D8 to start a divorce, just two questions, one is do I need to put anything about the family court hearing at the end of August as the notes say about hearings that have happened and this hasn't been heard yet? secondly, on section 7 it says about details of children, again on the notes is says this is for statistical purposes and you do not have to fill it in? does anyone have any experience of these forms? thank you.
