What happens if the court orders sale of house and the occupant still refuses?

I am a conveyancer. I will get back to you on Monday after double checking with compliance

So court orders sale. Resident leaves.
Resident does not leave. Back to court. An order for sale is issued. Judge signs documents on behalf of the occupant. You cannot go against a court order although the occupant can still put in a bid on the house if that makes sense?

Yes it does thank you
