How long does it take?

I'm seeing someone who is going through divorce which has been going on a year now, there's a lot to sort out overseas property etc, the form E has been exchanged now questions have gone back querying form e and that was 3 weeks ago the sol is then on holiday for 2 weeks, what happens after that and why does it take so long to submit info?? Are they deliberately dragging it out?
Am I mad to stay with someone going through this?

I'm assuming after that they nisi is applied for and then from date nisi is granted it is 6 weeks and a day until can apply for absolute. I did mine myself so no form e etc. And no I don't think you are mad. It's tough being with someone going through a divorce but hopefully worth it in the end
