Finally, after years of misery, 3 months of planning, it's moving day. Rental property found, refs checked, tenant's liability insurance sorted, £1500 paid to agent. It is moving day. It will take all weekend to sort however I am sleeping there tonight even if I'm on the floor. There were times when I never thought this day would come. Don't give up! I'm off to pack!
