Petition. What does this mean?!

On a petition for divorce, do husbands ask for financial orders?!?!

the last section has a load of tick boxes that they advise everyone to sign. It doesn't mean anything and does not trigger and financial order etc, it just means that you CAN apply for a consent order where finances are involved. If you dont tick these then you are unable to do so further down the line so its in everyones interests (both sides) to tick them.
