I am doing a DIY divorce and have just received a letter from the court refusing a Decree Nisi because I hadn't written the church name exactly as its written on the certificate. The letter tells me that I should amend these details in red, resign and date the petition and then "renew the request for directions for trial".
Can anyone tell me what "renew the request for directions for trial" actually requires me to do? Do I just write a cover letter to say that the amendments have been made? Do I need to fill out another Application for a decree nisi/conditional order or(judicial) separationdecree/order (D084 form)?
