Just separated from h, moved out of family home with the children and have been advised to compete an RX1
However, my name is not on the deeds or the mortgage though we've been married 7 years and had the house for 3.
Am I able to fill one in if my name is not on the register and also should I get a solicitor to help me with it or do it myself?
Does anyone know how much it costs also please?
