I realise this has probably been asked dozens of times, my sincere apologies to those this annoys!
But I'm wanting to divorce my H, looked online and there are companies that sort divorce papers for as little as £37??
Has anyone experience of these companies?
Thanks in advance xx

You can apply straight to the court. Although I have used a solicitor, only because I felt more comfortable, glad I did now because he is getting awkward.

You can't get divorced for £37. All these companies do is fill in the form for you. There's no advice or support. You can download the form yourself from the uk.gov website a the forms with explanation are there. You may or may not need a lawyer but if you want one, do your research. Find a lawyer that believes in mediation and collaboration. It will save you a fortune and your sanity.

Good luck Smile
