I'm a SAHM, 3 young kids and about to separate but I have no idea how I am going to fund a divorce. I'm pretty sure I'll need a solicitor.
I've heard of Sears tooth agreements but are they very common?
I doubt I'll get legal aid for a divorce as it seems they've changed all that.
Help!
