After many months of considering divorce, and several free half hour solicitor sessions,I am finally having a first proper meeting with a very good but expensive solicitor next week. The reason for using a top end solicitor is that my partner is a very high earner with complex finances and is also very unreasonable. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get the most out of the meeting (and the rest of the process) and keep my costs down?
