Ex husband not paying full csa amount

So I applied for csa. They told me my dc would be entitled to £51 a week from ex husband.

Ex husband has kicked off saying he can not afford this, and that with bills and living be can afford £25 a week for 2 dc.

What do I do?

Speak to them, they will let you know what to do.

They used to collect from salary in those cases but I know a lot has changed with them.
