Any idea how this would be split?

Hi, I've seen a solicitor for a 30 min free session but couldn't seem to get an answer to this, she just kept wanting to talk about mediation. So, dhs pension is roughly equivalent in value to the value of our home (joint mortgage) and I have approx 20k in savings - how would this be spilt in a divorce? He earns 3 x my salary also.

Any ideas much appreciated!

What he earns is irrelevant isn't it. Add it all together and you'd probably get 60 to 70 percent as you have the kids more .... Assuming it's not going to be 50 50 care
