I'm currently representing myself re an application to court for maintenance and a lump sum from my ex for our child (we weren't married.)
Does anyone know the name/ number of the form that you use to get time in front of the Judge before the final hearing, to discuss and ask for orders to be made in the interim? Basically, my ex has arsed about with his financial disclosure and is withholding lots of essential information which I will need for the final hearing. So I need a Judge to order him to provide it and to answer my questionnaire (which he has also barely responded to.)
