Hi, I attended an initial mediation session alone where they advised that I don't do mediation with ex-husband. I passed on the form to my solicitor at the beginning of July. However, I've just received an email from a different mediator saying ex- husband had attended and inviting me. Do both parties (husband & wife) need to show that they've attended mediation or has my solicitor just not passed on the info?
