Can anyone tell me, Im divorcing on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour and asked that the EX pays costs. He defended the divorce and the costs part but failed to submit his answer so the decree nisi was applied for back in June.
Im wondering how I go about recovering costs? Will he definitly have to to pay them and what will he pay, just the cost of the divorce or my legal fees to?
