Help!

My soon to be exh has applied to child maintence agency for a variation application.
I have 14days to prove I was not involved or knew anything about the loan he took out 2mths before he walked out on us.
I had no idea.

He was controlling and abusive. Cs found him to be guilty of domestic abuse.

Has anyone else had this? I really don't know what to do. I don't have enough money as it is. Now he is trying to have the child maintenance decreased.

I can't talk to him about it as I'm scared of him still.

Any advice pls

Bumping for you. I really don't see how you can prove you didn't know about the loan. If you say you didn't what proof does he have that you did know about it?

Can you talk to someone at the child maintenance agency? Or cab?

The loan is in his name. He took it out when he was still living with us.
I really don't know what to do.
I'm so skint as it is.
Have 2 dc under 4.
Now he does this on top of everything else.

When you were together, did you have separate bank accounts? Separate finances? If you did, you could presumably reasonably argue that if you didn't share accounts then how could you know what was going in and out of his?
