Divorce - Unreasonable Behaviour Query

Hello Everyone
I want to apply for a divorce asap but I'm within the 2 year bracket.
I need someone advice on unreasonable behaviour, and if it will impact you in anyway if you use this as a reason to get a divorce quicker.
Basically, I split from husband after 4 months, then the following month met someone new and we have been going strong for a year now. Im desperate to apply for a divorce so wondered if I can say I did commit adultery, even though I didnt, to get a divorce sooner? Or do I have to wait another 8 months before applying?
Also, I have a son, but he is not my husbands, therefore he does not have any rights over him does he, as in I dont have to mention this in the divorce which could make things much more complicated and I want a stress free divorce. I wouldnt stop my son seeing my ex and haven't done over the past year or so.
Thanks very much!

Ok, to my knowledge of English law you could not file on the grounds of your own unreasonable behaviour your husband would have to do it.

Are you on good terms? Does he want a quick divorce also? Can I ask why you want a divorce so quickly? It's only 8 months away.

It may take some time if you have finances to split etc but if not then realistically you could be divorced within the year.

I'm in Scotland and our divorce process is different so I'm just guessing on the time for England.
