My husband recently cheated on me 2nd time round....I've agreed to give him another chance however I just cant do it anymore. I want him to leave but he wont...we both own our house so who has the right to stay? If he left it would make things a lot easier for me. He constantly badgers me with emotional blackmail bringing me down making me feel sorry for him meaning I let him stay...its a nightmare. Does anyone have any advice? I have r kids by him.

You could try your Citizens Advice Bureau.
