Just about to start filling out the form after separating a year ago. No DCs or joint assets so should be straight forward.
Does anyone know what the next steps are once you've sent the completed form and fee to the Sheriff Court?
And how long does the whole process usually take?
This is just one of a number of things that feels like it's holding me back. Just want to get it sorted so I can move on.
