Decree Nisi read today!

So finally ..... Got home from staying at my mums last night to find a letter on the doormat saying thr DN was read about an hour before .
Not sure how I feel, thought I'd be sad and upset ( I'm not) or happy ( not that either) just feel .......that I should feel something! Normal or no?

I felt nothing too - mine got read a couple of weeks ago. Just felt like a tick in the box. Think it was such a hard slog to get that far it felt a bit like an anti-climax!

Think that's it noregrets!

After 6 years of patience, negotiation, appalling solicitors' fees (all paid by me) and a 2 stone stress-related weight loss I thought I'd have been ecstatic when the decree nisi came through but no, nothing. I assume I've got it and the absolute somewhere but no idea where.

Thats reassuring purple . Obviously I feel kind if sad that the kids are now just a commodity to be passed back and forth ( or negotiated over) but as they seem happier now too... And see more of the ex than before...!
But for me that's a huge leap and. Shows how much I've moved on I guess!

Took about a week for my notice to come through after the date it was in court.
Now need to get absolute sorted...
