Contact with children

DP is trying to get proper access to his two young children. His exw is being very awkward and restricting access. They now have a divorce hearing as the Statement of Arrangements was not submitted. It has been delayed once but she is now saying she cannot get childcare so will need to delay it again - how long can she do this for?

Also, genarally, what is the likely outcome of access. There are no extenuating circumstances other than he left her and she is very angry and possesive of the children.

any advice appreciated, thanks

I don't know about putting off the case, but the usual contact given by court is every other weekend, one night during the week, and half of school holidays.
