Child access

My Ex has a contact order in place whereby he has contact with our children on alternate weekends. He picks them up on a Friday & returns them on a Sunday, however he is taking me to court to request that he picks them up on a Friday & on a Sunday he wants me to pick them up from his house. Does anyone have a court order in place to support this or is it usual for the father to sort travel arrangements for his child access? If anyone can I help I would appreciate any help.

How far is the distance and who moved away from who?

It is only 10 miles away the present order states he is to pick up & drop off but he has specifically taken me back to court so I have to pick up.

Hes going to look incredibly petty tbh, its something a judge would expect you to sort out between you. Normally transport arrangements are shared unless theres a good reason why not. in my case when we divorced I didn't drive and ex h specifically refused a half way meeting point so the judge told him he'd have to do the transport side for much of the time.
