Although a solicitor originally wrote a draft my STBXH and I had to renegotiate and then I retyped draft with amendments. What do we do now? Can we both sign it and how do we lodge it in court? Do we just send it in and what with? Can't apply for absolute for another three weeks but understand I can lodge consent order before this.
