Shared custody to Sole custody??

Hi,

Is it possible for someone who has been awarded shared custody of their 2 children to successfully gain sole custody of one child?

Anyone had any experience of this?

Arrangements for a child can cary at any time. There has to be a positive reason for change - in other words something isn't working with the present arrangement and changing it will make it work better.

Other than that, there's no blueprint to these types of cases. Each one is different in its own way.

Thanks Collaborate. I kinda guessed that every case wil be different, and there wouldn't be a general fit answer.

Not that it's me that will be going through this, but I'm guessing it's going to be a hard battle. Just trying to give myself a heads up so I can help support the one who will be going through it.
