my ex dh is going to court today to sign the papers for decree absolute ,so im i divorced from today or do i have to wait longer !!

Are you sure he is not applying for it? If applying for it, it will be sent to the court for the final seal which can take any time from a week to 6 weeks depending on how busy it is. Once stamped by court, you are divorced. Your solicitor will then send you a copy.
