Relocation action / Hague convention

Hello,

just wondering whether anyone had any experience with filing a relocation action as a way of getting around the Hague convention to get your child out of its country of residence. Have had quite a bit of legal advice and looking like i will need to file for one in the next 2 weeks or so (and break the news to hubbie), and very much needing some moral support and practical advice.

So sorry you are going through this. i have had to come back to the uk, i have come full circle , you will need good support and i wish you all the best, usually the hague supports uk .
