Has anyone used online divorce services?
Ex and I have been separated for 18 months, I have bought him out of the house, child maintenance and contact is sorted and amicable, and now I feel it's time to get the divorce rolling. However, funds are limited so I was thinking of getting a quickie divorce online. Has anyone any experience of this? Obviously I don't want to get scammed.

I would not bother, just use the courts service website and its advice. It is a doddle if you agree everything financial. You didn't mention pension, though.

I did mine that way and it cost the fee - reduced if you are on benefits I think - it cost under 100.

You can only get a divorce if you have been separated 2 years, or unreasonable behaviour or adultery. I waited the 2 years because I didn't want to rake up bad feeling with the "fault" type grounds.
