It gets easier - in most cases anyway! Mine rejected the 1st set of papers, and I ended up wanting to hit my head against a wall with regard to access (and every so often this one rears it's ugly head, but it's been better this year thankfully!). Hard as it is, try and take a step back, breath deep and look how far you have got already and I guarantee you WILL have moved forwards. In 6 months time you will look back and realise how strong you have been to get through this. I found myself remembering the quote 'Any man can lead you to the edge of the abyss, only you can step over it'. This helped to calm me down and gain control in my mind. He's tryong to control by rejecting and causing contact issues. Think of him as a petulant child and you being the adult. You WILL get there - honest.
Good luck!

I often felt I was going mad, but try listing down everything you're going through - including helping your dc through this - and no, you will see that thinking you are going mad is a normal reaction to so much madness that you are surrounded by! Here's another tip that got me through. Close your eyes in meditation, deep breathe in, hold it, and breathe out with the mantra 'fuckit'.....Smile
