I am doing a DIY divorce but am aware that the fees are £300? Can I pay those on my credit card?

Hi, you need to pay by cheque unfortunately...I petitioned for H to pay back the cost which he agreed to. The decree nisi was pronounced 2 weeks ago & still haven't received any cash so not sure when it will be paid back to me...

The fee is £340. I think you can pay by debit card, though that may depend on the court.

Thanks Collaborate. Filed them today, it was indeed £340 and I've been able to pay on my Credit Card.

It was a relief, my elderly parents had offered to lend me the money, but I couldn't do that!x
