I instructed my solicitor in March. She's now written 3 letters to stbx asking for his financial disclosure. She's still hardly received anything from him, so she thinks mediation will be pointless, and will end up delaying things further.So unless she receives his info in th enect day or so, she suggests going straight to court. We're still living togehter as he's refused to leave and i have nowhere for me and ds to go. He could rent a room but refuses to on the basis that i'll still live in our nice house and i'll then not get things moving re selling our house, sorting finaces, etc. All rubbbish as I've provided all my financial info and it's him who's not doing whats been asked. he is alos not using a solicitor.
I feel like i'm going out of my mind with the stress of it all, in paticular living in the same house. There is no communication between us. If it goes to court, it will probablystill be live this for another year or so. i just don't know what to do.
