I wondered what the procedure was for divorce when someone has had an arranged marriage but not registered it in the UK? The OH lives in this country too. My DP is still married and we have 2 children aged 1 and 7 weeks. We have had several arguments about his divorce and there is a long back ground story as to how I found out about him being married (1 yr into our relationship was told it wa arranged and he has no love for her) and he's playing dumb when it comes to getting divorced. I no its not the same as a divorce here but I am so confused I don't know where I stand if we buy a house or if we can get married :( can someone help x
