I was in a long term marriage which I left due to domestic abuse. At the time I felt lucky to get out alive. MY Ex spent the next 4 years dragging me through court trying to take the children away, claiming he was the primary carer even though he had a full time job and I was at home with the children. A shared care arrangement was the outcome and it has not worked well. Now the children have disclosed abuse. He managed to turn it around in court suggesting I might have put them up to it....I urgently need good strategic legal advice.
