Things not looking good.Not so dh has been going on online dating, etc, etc.
If I wanted to get together a 'running away fund', (currently not working, and have longer term MH issues, that do not stop me working, but limit my options) is there any way to 'hide' money, other than a box under my bed....

I guess it's a matter of who you want to hide it from - if it's purely a running away fund, that you need to hide just from DH, then I guess you could set up an (online, possibly) bank account that you could just transfer bits and pieces into? Also depends on how much you're talking about? Not sure it would all be entirely ethical - I know I'd be hugely pissed off, regardless of the situation, if my partner/husband decided to secretly save money in order to leave.

I don't really think his feelings come into it after years of abuse...ethical be damned.
