Parents on verge of divirce

So it seems after 36 years of marriage parents on the verge of divorce.

Any advice for 35 year old only child who seems to be stuck in the middle with ds whim they are supposed to be minding after school until I finish work.

I know it seems childish but am really confused

That's sad news :( What's the issue re your ds? Are they refusing to look after him? Could they each do half the week?

They are not refusing to look after him but dm who is registered disabled has taken the head staggers and is doing it herself. She has to drive 7 miles to do this.

I have said I will put him into after school club but she is having none of it.

I really don't know what to do.

It had all escalated from a small row and would love to knock their heads together and tell them both to wise up.

Worried about the effect it will have on ds.
