I separated and divorced when my daughter was 18 months old, she is now 13 yrs in all that time my Child Support payments have £5 a week even EX works full-time. However he goes months without paying and I end up phoning the CSA chasing them for the money. The CSA say they cannot do anything only call his employer but this is always happening. Its also happening more in the last 6 months that I have began dating again for the first time since my divorce. :(

seems you have done just fine without his money, it may be worth £5 a week to not have to think about him x

I have to disagree. He should be providing for his daughter.

I am shocked that the CSA say they cannot do anything - isn't that the point of them? Have you tried Child Maintenance Options? They are the step before the CSA if you see what I mean but maybe they can clarify if what you are being told is correct.

Also I am surprised its only a fiver if he works. Have you tried contacting his employer? Do not be ashamed about it btw, it is him who is in the wrong here.
