hi I’ve just had a message from my gp pharmacist to say I’m prediabetic . It’s sent me in a spin . What would you do now ? Any guides or advise would be appreciated

You need to go back to the GP or nurse specialist and listen to their advice. You can reverse this, but you need to put in the work. You know what your diet is like, if you exercise and if you are overweight. Try not to panic. This is a great wake up call. See it as a new beginning. Good luck.
