I'm waiting for blood tests next week *not diabetic but had gestational diabetes and things have felt off for a while )but have been testing my sugars over the past couple of weeks and my numbers are almost always in the pre-diabetes/diabetes range so consistently higher than normal...unless I have too much sugar then they crash so low so quick.
Anyway on to my question.... I don't drink loads but share a bottle of wine with my husband maybe 1 weekend day a month (so 2 glasses max).... on holiday last week I had 3 glasses of red wine and my body just completely rejected it, I was violently sick so badly my nose bled. It was like i had been on an all night bender than just had 1 glass more than normal.... is this likely to be related to prediabetes???

No

No. Red wine is one of the best alcoholic drinks you can have, if you're going to drink. Lower carbs.
