AC1 come back 50 mmol

I have been taking the weight loss injection Monjuaro sine January with (imo ) poor results of 1 stone 10lb weight loss .
i just found out my blood sugar is 50 mmol which I believe is diabetic .
Another test scheduled for 2 weeks time to confirm .
what’s the quickest way to bring the number down ?

The HBa1c measures the last three months so there's no way to bring it down to a non-diabetic number in two weeks.

Thanks for reply .I understand I’m not able to make much of a difference in 2 weeks , just asking in general as obviously want to get out of this situation.

Yes it's worth it. I went low carb, good fat and high protein which brought my HBa1C down. FWIW mine was much much much higher than yours. I also use metformin and ozempic and my current HBa1C is in the non-diabetic range.

Yes that’s diabetic, the second test will just be to confirm the diagnosis not expecting you to have reduced it by then as it’s a three month average.

It’s dangerous to bring the a1c down quickly as that can cause eye complications. It’s better to make gradual small changes to bring it down slowly not change everything all at once.

I just got the results for my Diagnosis A1C ( not AC1 😂)
In 2 weeks it’s down to 46 which is pre diabetic .
I need to keep this healthy lifestyle going .
