Does anyone have experience of these two in combination. For me it means no wholemeal or seeded products, and it’s vital to ensure I get enough salt. So anything with carbs has to be white, (I do use cracker bread as an alternative to a sandwich now and then). I don’t salt anything, never have and have been having cheese and the odd packet of crisps to keep my levels up.
id be grateful for suggestions please.

I'm sorry I can't help re the stoma, but could you not take an electrolyte supplement for the salts?

Something like this?
