I’ve had type 1 for 30 years since I was in primary school, always had decent hba1c readings and have had a baby, can’t lose the baby weight as I can’t fit in exercise around being back at work full time.
I have become one of those people that has a treat every day and have become reliant on sweet treats as a reward. I know this is bad so need to change, and I’ve had success with low carb in the past without feeling like I’m restricting.
I don’t like eggs and I’m pescatarian. Just wondering if anyone has any meal
ideas - they don’t have to be keto or no carb, but lower than bowls of cereal/sandwiches and pasta etc. I love things like tinned tuna but know it’s not great to eat every day so would appreciate any breakfast/lunch ideas in particular please!
