Agamatrix lancing needle issues

Hi. Just been diagnosed with GD and given the agamatrix testing kit

all been going fine but I’ve noticed that some of the lancing needles just won’t load into the lancing unit. I put them in firmly and twist/pull the cap off like shown at the clinic but sometimes the whole thing just keeps coming out

have I got a dodgy unit/needles?

No it's just technique. Just hold the base down with your nail when you twist the top off. To be honest I don't change my lances that often.
