Could anyone recommend any diabetic friendly recipe site that they have found useful?
Thank you

Diabetes UK might be a helpful resource.

But really it's a matter of getting into habits of really healthy eating (starting with what one buys) rather than necessarily following recipes.

The people I know with diabetes are able to manage and lessen their conditions while eating a pretty normal diet. They long ago gave up on sugar substitutes or diabetic chocolate, etc.

But I guess it depends on how serious things are at the start.

Try looking at dr Michael Mosley recipes

The Diet Doctor website is a great resource. You can still be eating very healthily and become Diabetic so having recipes for substitutes for things like bread and recipes which don’t have potatoes/rice/pasta in them is very useful.

This is a recipe I intend to follow at some point!!
