Anyone done it?
I'm on day 4. 😱 I made a decision and ordered the book and am winging it best I can. So far so good. I'm cooking pretty much my normal stuff but not eating carbs myself, so that's the family catered for too.
I am surprised that I don't feel hungry! I am testing so often my fingers felt a bit sore, but readings are so much better than last week, I can slow that down I think.
Anyone else have any experience of this, good or bad. I have a long road ahead, but want to be prepared to stick with this.
I nearly cracked yesterday lunch time. I wanted a sandwhich🤣
