Shaking on moving

I'm worried. When I do any exercise even a gentle walk, I soon start to feel weak, shaky and rather faint. Is this a symptom of pre diabetes? I've looked online to no avail.

If I eat, after say 10 mins I feel "normal" again and can continue with my walk. I would generally eat cheese or crisps as this is what I carry with me. Once I start eating in these circs I want to eat for England.

It happens regardless of if I've had breakfast. Which would be pitta with cheese or banana.

I'm mid 50s about 3 stone over weight.

I don't want to bother the GP unnecessarily. It's possibly anaemia as I've struggled with that as a vegetarian.

I don't feel very thirsty or pee.

I'm sorry I don't know and hopefully a medical professional will be along soon.
But can I suggest you eat only protein for breakfast and lunch for a week to see if it changes things? For example eggs or halloumi.
Banana and pita are obviously carbs - so you're eating sugar before you start.
For protein recipe ideas you can visit Diet Doctor website.
Do you have skin tags by any chance?

Thanks Diana, no I don't. I'll try protein breakfasts and see what happens.

Yes, hopefully protein will solve it. I only mentioned skin tags because some pre-diabetic people have them. There's a connection to insulin I believe.
