My mam is 73 and has type 2 diabetes. She's been in isolation for 10 weeks. Today we had to get a doctor out as she's been unwell. Her blood pressure is high. Mam is usually quite active but obviously due to covid she's stuck in, lost all her motivation and is really low. Can anyone recommend some exercise that she might find fun?

no problem. If she has 2 devices, you could facetime her on one of them and do the videos with her so she feels like she has company x

I have a few older fb friends who enjoy doing the Leslie Sansone workouts on YouTube. There a quite a few, many walking type exercises.

Does she have a “smart” TV or decent sized screen? If so then there is lots of great, free fitness/wellness content on YouTube.

Has she decided not to walk outdoors at all? If she normally enjoys that and can get to somewhere quiet that could be good.

Thank you for your replies.
Finally talked her into taking a walk outdoors.
