What could this be?

Bit of a background. I have PCOS (insulin resistance) my first pregnancy I had undiagnosed gestational diabetes the whole time. Second pregnancy I was diagnosed gestational again at 11 weeks but lost the baby.

Have tried metformin in the past but can't tolerate it, it messes with my brain.

Also used victoza injections for weight loss but when started ttc I had to stop.

Fast forward to today, not on anything, fasting blood sugars are around 8, after meals 10. I feel exhausted, can't get enough sleep. Sore head as if I'm dehydrated, so very thirsty, no energy, even standing up makes me break out in a sweat. Pains in stomach.

Could I now have T2? I'm going to ring tomorrow for blood test.

Sorry, it does sound like diabetes of some sort. Best ring a doctor and get blood tests done.
