Hi all,
I had GD when pregnant and controlled it with a very strict low carb diet. 18 months on and I decided to start testing morning glucose again - I'm not surprised but it's high (this morning was 6.4). I feel like I do know the basics of getting back on a LC diet again, but my financial circumstances have changed significantly due to losing my job on mat leave (I found another job but earn much less to fit with childcare) so now on a very tight budget and lacking inspiration on how to low carb on a budget. Would be very grateful for any ideas and inspiration
