Pcos And prediabetes

I had GD in late pregnancy got a blood test done and I'm prediabetic 😓. I've been having slight blur Vision from a distance don't know if it's related to blood sugars any body else have that? Doctor won't prescribe me merformin yet I have to go back in january for blood test. I don't have time to go gym as I have a 4 month old baby and husband is at work I'm worried sick

You don’t need to go to a gym! The biggest thing you can do to stop diabetes in its tracks is to change your eating habits. Ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian if you need help.
